At a con it's easy to feel overwhelmed by the high energy levels and multitude of activities. Besides the common advice of 7-2-1: make sure you get at least 7 hours of sleep, 2 full meals and 1 shower each day, we will learn basic psychic energy protection techniques of grounding, centering and shielding.
